Wilkinsburg School District invites students and families to STEAM Night on Wednesday, May 20, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Turner Intermediate School, for an exciting evening of discovery through hands-on learning in science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM).
This interactive event allows families to learn and explore together through engaging age-appropriate activities designed to spark curiosity and creativity. Students will work alongside family members, instructors, and student leaders as they take on fun challenges and explore new ideas.
Throughout the evening, participants will have opportunities to:
- Learn together as you solve challenges and explore new ideas
- Create through interactive experiments and engaging projects
- Connect with instructors and student leaders who will guide you along the way
- Celebrate student work and the creativity behind it
This is a unique opportunity to see how STEAM education extends beyond the classroom, encouraging collaboration, creativity, and real-world problem solving in a fun and welcoming environment.
This event is part of Remake Learning Days, a regional celebration of innovative learning experiences for youth and families.
