The Wilkinsburg School District announces two leadership changes: Mrs. Kerry McClellan will serve as Director of Special Education and Special Services, and Ms. Summer Pendro will become Principal of Turner Intermediate, effective October 27, 2025.

Wilkinsburg students in grades K–5 can receive free winter coats, hats, and gloves at the Pittsburgh Firefighters Foundation’s annual Coats for Kids event on Saturday, November 8.

Wilkinsburg School District now welcomes Matt’s Maker Spaces at Kelly Primary and Turner Intermediate, providing students with hands-on STEAM learning opportunities inspired by creativity, collaboration, and the legacy of Matt Conover.
